How does powder coating work?

Painting is carried out in a two-position painting booth.

The modern spray booth has its own independent mechanical ventilation.

Sputtering is carried out through modern electrostatic applications from Gema.

Polymerization of powder paint takes place in a continuous chamber furnace, the average hardening temperature of paint coatings is 180 ÷ 200⁰C,and curing time 20 ÷ 25 min.
