1. General information

This Privacy Policy describes the rules for processing and protecting personal data of users of the website sportgrupa.pl, operated by Sport Grupa Sp. z o.o., based in Mińsk Mazowiecki, ul. Dźwigowa 24, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 9521514930.

The Administrator ensures the highest level of data protection in accordance with applicable law, in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

3. Scope of processed data

The Administrator may process the following personal data:

  • IP address,
  • any other data voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form.

4. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to contact form inquiries – based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
  2. Compliance with legal obligations – based on Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR.
  3. Analytics and statistics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) – based on user consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared only with:

  • hosting and IT service providers,
  • courier companies (for delivery purposes),
  • analytics and marketing service providers (Google, Meta).

All such entities process data on the basis of contracts with the Administrator and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data transfers outside the EEA

In such cases, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission are applied to ensure appropriate safeguards.

  • Contact form data – kept for the time necessary to respond, and up to 12 months thereafter.
  • Data processed to comply with legal obligations – stored as required by law (e.g. 5 years).
  • Analytics data – up to 26 months after the last user activity.

  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing),
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO – in Poland).
